Baby Massage Classes

Hi, my name is Liz Simha and I have been a Certified Infant Massage Instructor with IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) since 2014. 

 

I run 5 week IAIM baby massage courses at my home in Staines and in the local area. You'll find a warm welcome and a small, friendly group. We focus on learning how to use massage to soothe, 'tune into' and bond with your baby.

Classes are baby led which means that feeding, nappy changing, crying and sleeping may all happen at some point so please be reassured that you don't need to have a 'good' baby (whatever they are!).

Each week we massage a different part of the body and then have time for informal discussion and biscuits. I love seeing parents gaining confidence, making friends, and feeling more secure in their new identity as the course progresses.

I have experience of working with mums experiencing PND, PTSD, traumatic birth, complicated pregnancy, preterm birth, additional health or learning needs. I am able to adapt my classes to suit your needs. 

​

As well as group classes, I also offer 1:1 classes or classes for both parents and their baby, as well as classes for groups of NCT friends. I am able to travel to your home if you prefer.
